Modern and Modular Street Furniture set for New Housing and Community Development in St Neots

Wintringham Park is a new housing and community development in St Neots, a large market town, lying on the Banks of the River Great Ouse, 18 miles west of Cambridge. The 162 ha site has been rigorously planned and outlined and forms part of the ST Neots Eastern Expansion Area.

It will include 2,800 new homes, 2 primary schools, health care facilities and business space for offices and industrial units.

Planning permission was approved in March 2018 and after legal agreements were signed, work started on the homes in November 2018.
