Bailey Streetscene Ltd offers a full delivery service to all mainland UK addresses with a valid postcode. We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland however these incur premium charges due to the increased cost of carriage. International deliveries can also be arranged please contact our sales team for prices.
Due to the nature of our products, which vary in size and weight considerably, delivery prices are calculated manually when we receive your order. We will always combine shipping where possible, to offer the lowest possible delivery price for your items.

Delivery times vary depending on the individual product and what is or is not in stock, manufacturing specifications, the number of products being delivered and delivery address location. A delivery quote can be provided at the time of placing your order, including the additional cost of carriage insurance, if requested.
Deliveries usually occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during working hours and must be signed for. Deliveries on weekends and Bank Holidays may be arranged incurring additional costs.
Any dates that are given by Bailey Streetscene Ltd for delivery or installation are estimates only.
Time is not of the essence in relation to such dates and we will not be responsible for any failure to deliver or complete by such dates.
Where delivery is postponed for a reason other than our fault, you shall pay all costs and expense of delay including storage and transportation costs.
In some instances, products may be dispatched from different supplier locations and may therefore arrive separately. Additional delivery charges will not be incurred under these circumstances.
Our delivery terms include safe carriage however offloading is the responsibility of the purchaser unless previously arranged in writing.
We adhere to all standard health and safety and environmental regulations to guarantee minimal disruption to individuals, the site and surrounding areas.
As most items are manufactured to clients specification i.e. sizes and colours, returns are subject to individual negotiation.
